Whether you’re in need of an energizing wellness holiday to kick start your fitness goals, or a restorative break to slow down the pace and clear your mind, a break in the beautiful Languedoc of south west France could be just the tonic. We serve fresh daily juices followed by a yoga or Pilates class then a leisurely breakfast of delicious fresh coffee and pastries in the garden. You can spend the day as active or a relaxed as you wish, walking, kayaking or just enjoying a good book in the sunshine. In the evening, we take a more therapeutic approach to our bodies, encouraging a more restful practice, calmer breathing and deeper stretches.
Although the programme is planned in advance, we want you to have the best experience possible, so if you do have any special requests or something in particular that you would like to learn during the week, we’d be delighted to incorporate that. There are several guided walks during the holiday, no previous experience in the hills is necessary.
The beauty of where we are based gives us many routes on our doorstep, so depending on the level of the group, walks are tailored accordingly. From a stroll alongside the river Aude through to a 2 hour walk up and over the heights of Bugarach, you will have time to discover the delights of the local hills, taking in forests, lakes and rivers. We want to share our healthy attitude to holidays with you and we know that you will take home not just good memories, but a positive, lasting experience as part of your wellness journey.
