The Alchemist Meditation and Yoga Retreat
Join us for a beautiful and transformative Indian Yoga and Alchemist Meditation experience in the scenic backdrop of Lefkada Islands, Greece. Learn to go inside through deep Buddhist meditation and classical yoga in order to release our blockages and undo the cycles of our past, while simultaneously applying this powerful knowledge in order to heal the body through tantra, ayurveda and reflexology practices.

Retreat schedule
5.30 am – 6.30 am – Zen Meditation with the Rising Sun
6.30 am – 8.00 am – Classical Yoga
8.00 am – 10.00 am – Breakfast and break
10.00 am – 1.00 pm – Zen meditation & classes on chakras, healing /Tantra and Patanjali Sutras
1.00 pm – 6.00pm – Lunch break /Outdoor Beach activities /Personal sessions
6.00 pm – 7.30 pm- Yoga and Meditation class
7.30 pm – Dinner and end of day
Yoga
Level – Beginners to Advance. Classical yoga does not treat ability to do advance postures as advanced Yoga student. It treats the ability to still the mind and go into deep meditation as advancement into Yoga.
Vidhi Chhariya a renowned Zen teacher and master shall be conducting most classes and healing therapies.
Cuisine
Raw/Vegan/Vegetarian/Seasonal Juices/Fish on occasional. No meat and alcohol allowed

The closest airport to Lefkada Island is located in Préveza – Aktion National Airport (The international airport code is PVK).
After reaching Lefkada Islands you can either rent a car or take a taxi to reach Urania Luxury Resorts. Detailed instructions available on request.
What to pack
Light and comfortable clothing. Greece is still warm during October and occasionally in mornings and evening may require a jacket or Fleece. A good pair of warm leggings besides comfort clothing is recommended. We recommend Skyscanner to search for the best airfare.
