It is known for its magnificent 100 km coastline of sand and pebble bays. Just a short boat ride from Athens, it is surprising how this island has evaded mass tourism. Kythnos truly is Cyclades’ hidden gem.
Practicing yoga in an open studio with a view over the Aegean Sea is one of the most beautiful experiences. Enjoy the benefits of Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga in the mornings. Take pleasure in yin yoga, restorative yoga or workshop-style classes in the afternoon while watching the magical sunset. Feel energised, nourished and centred.
Spend your free time exactly as you like. Delight yourself with a massage, swim in the infinity pool, sunbathe on the near-by beach or visit the thermal waters with their therapeutic properties.
The K4 Kythnos Retreat Centre is located by the beach. A sustainable complex of four independent villas, each one boasts a unique Cycladic style and a terrace overlooking the infinity pool and the Aegean Sea. The whole place feels like it’s been suspended 100 feet above the crashing waves.
Each villa is 100 square meters and has an open-space living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, one bedroom has two twin beds and the third has bunk beds (one large, 160cm wide bed on the bottom and one bed of same size on the top). Each villa can host a maximum of five people.
1st – 7th September
Join us for our annual Luxury Yoga Retreat in Puglia, and discover this “it list” region of Italy’s rural heel. This wonderful retreat will enable us to experience the landscapes and activities of this incredible rising star of Italy.
Spend a week amongst fertile red earth, gnarled olives and turquoise seas. The day trips will allow you to experience the many unique landscapes and activities that this area has to offer.
Tour through Puglia’s famous “Trulli,” white, cone-shaped houses in the town of Alberobello, a UNESCO heritage site where the main concentration of these trulli still stand.
One day is spent in the neighbouring region of Bascilicata in the town of Matera where we’ll enjoy the sites and unwind in a beautiful spa with treatments. The next day will be spent learning about the flavours of Puglia.
We start off with a cheese tasting and a visit to the town of Martina Franca. We will take in the gorgeous hilltop town of Ostuni, known as the White City, explore some of Italy’s oldest olive farms and enjoy a meal in a local restaurant.
Our day trips will allow you to experience the many unique landscapes and activities that this area has to offer. One night will be spent at an award-winning restaurant with a tasting menu + wine pairing. Next we have a day of relaxation planned at one of the region’s blue beaches and at a private beach club.
One day will include a winery visit with a tour and tasting, and yet another day with a visit to one of the area’s most picturesque towns with plenty of photo-worthy vistas and blue waters, followed by an amazing unique meal in a “grotto” overlooking the cliffs by the sea in Polignano al Mare.
We will round out the week with massage treatments and plenty of time to relax at our home-away-from-home with its beautiful pool, walking trails, and more.
13th – 15th September
Give yourself a well deserved break and join us for our yoga and wellness retreat in Oxfordshire. Be prepared to switch off, let go and give permission to yourself to totally relax.
Situated along the canal life has a relaxed vibe to it, with people pottering alongside the canal or walkers taking in the scenery. Revive in the morning with energising yoga in our beautiful yoga space and the day is yours to unwind in the grounds or explore and even take out a canoe! Evening yoga can be outside on the lawn to the dusk light.
Immerse yourself in nature on these retreats and observe the changes of each season. Use this time to reflect on the impermanence of each day and feel gratitude for the now.
Staying at our gorgeous manor house, enjoy the peace that meditation practices bring to you during the silent walk and in the yoga classes, and feel the body loosen and open up with the asana practices.
