Join us for a Spring Mind Body Detox Yoga retreat in Ibiza to balance body, mind and ignite the soul with wellness workshops, fitness, mindfulness and yoga.

Perfect if you want to shift a negative habit and pick up a positive new one. We offer damn good yoga, clean and nutritious food, fitness sessions, hikes in beautiful nature, treatments to pamper and vitalise your physical body and much more – aiming to get the sparkle back in your eyes and glow on your cheeks.

The nurturing environment, nutritious plant based food, daily yoga and mindfulness practise, heart raising cardio spurts, insightful workshops, morning cleansing rituals and other supporting activities will help you with your journey.

Spend your days…

Your mornings will start with cleansing ritual, herbal infusion and meditation to continue the silence of mind after restful nights sleep. After energy boosting power shot we will be practising dynamic vinyasa flow yoga, followed by relaxation to let the benefits of our practice to seep in.

Afternoons are spent relaxing, some days we will have guests hosting workshops or we head out for a hike to enjoy the beauty of Ibiza. Before dinner we have gentle yoga practice to soothe bodies and calm minds.

The group will be selectively small to ensure personal attention. As the retreat progresses so does your physical strength and clarity of mind.

If you wish to take your spring detox deeper we can offer intense colon cleanse or juice detox packages that are over 5 days, this will be at extra cost. We kept one evening totally free, so you have time to explore the surrounding quaint Santa Eularia town, spend some quality time with your newly found friends at the villa, take extra time to relax and unwind, or head to the beautiful Ibiza Town.
