For when we head away from the brightness of the summer and towards the the gorgeous colours and crisp air of the new season, here’s our round up of nourishing and nurturing retreats to soothe your spirit this coming Autumn.
13th – 19th September
Come visit a part of Italy which was very lowly effected, and which is abounding in beautiful small uncrowded towns, hillsides, and outdoor activities. Italy borders are now open and hotels have reopened for those able to travel (with full precautions in place) from the EU, and a limited number of other international locations.
Join our special collaboration with Enneagram coach and author Gina Gomez. We’ll enjoy themed self-nourishment workshops using the tool of the Enneagram as well as day trips which allow us to learn about the region and the cuisine/wine – this combines with the asana practice to deepen our mindful experience during the week in a balanced way
The week is full of mindful yoga and scenic walks, seeking more about ourselves through workshops and savouring the highlights of the area with a food-focused itinerary, all in the land of mouth-watering cuisine and wine!
30th October – 1st November
On our autumn recharge yoga retreat Oxfordshire, be prepared to switch off, let go and give permission to yourself to totally relax.
Retreat to the Oxfordshire countryside and escape for the weekend on our autumn recharge yoga retreat. Our Bicester yoga retreat venue is well loved by our guests for its grand, yet incredibly homely feel.
Autumn is the ideal time to go on a yoga weekend, as it is the changing of the seasons, time to go inwards and to nourish body and mind in preparation for winter. And, you don’t need an excuse to curl up with a good book by the open fire!
We have been running our retreats at this venue for 10 years and it is a home from home for us and our return guests. 19 – 26 September / 18 – 25 October
During this week long retreat in Ibiza we focus on a chakra a day with a specific programme of kundalini yoga and meditation sessions (morning and evening) and incorporate the ancient arts of Reiki and Shamanic Healing alongside the therapeutic vibrations of twice daily gong meditations.
This programme has been running since 2013 and it is a truly transformational experience which connects us back to ourselves, our true selves, back to the real essence and that is where our highest frequency resides.
We go deep into the process of clearing energetic blocks, coming back to centre and stepping into bliss. When our chakras are open and balanced we then begin to vibrate at higher frequencies, we begin to feel wonderful, vital, energised, glowing, flowing, calm, and quite simply happy.
We reside at our beautiful Xuclar Beach House, an elegant beach house set high up in the mountain surrounded by forest and opposite the beach. This is true Ibiza style at it finest, an authentic Ibizan experience, with incredible sunsets and secluded spots for watching the sun go down. Each room is named after one of the glorious local beaches along this precious northern coast of the island and each room has stunning views either out to sea or the mountains.
6 – 13 September, 20 – 27 September, 18 – 25 October
Begin your day with yoga practice, continue on with a delicious brunch after it and then you are off to a great start with the right energy for the rest of the day! Some afternoons we will go hiking along the beach or inland through protected pine forests.
Other afternoons we practice a recuperative yoga practice (Yin Yoga, or Yoga with focus on healing sounds, organs, glands and chakras).
During these sessions we also refine our breath and discuss interesting issues on yoga-philosophy. Every day there will be enough time to experience local scenery and its beauty with all senses and fill up your body with new energy. The mild, mediterranean climate energises all year round. Get to know a different Spain, away from mass tourism!
Altafulla has a mild, mediterranean climate all year round with a lot of sunshine. The summer heat rarely reaches above 30 °C and there is always a pleasant sea breeze blowing.
You will deepen your yoga practice no matter what you have learned and practiced so far. You will get to really understand the basic concept of yoga and learn to be your own teacher.
9 – 12 October / 12 – 16 October
Join us for the end of summer for some beach life, blissful coastal walks on our Autumn yoga retreat Cornwall. Based near St Agnes and Perranporth try to surf one day and sunset yoga another in these stunning locations. We will be enjoying exploring sections of the coastal path, taking in the views of hidden coves and beaches.
This area is known for its outstanding natural beauty and from the TV series Poldark, so imagine a dramatic coastline with crashing waves and stunning beaches.
Our Autumn yoga retreat Cornwall is very popular. After a 30-minute silent meditation walk and a 2 hour morning practice, you can enjoy relaxing at our gorgeous pad, soothe achy limbs in the outdoor hot tubs (yes we have two!), or venture out to the coastal walks or try something a little more adventurous; Surfing, coasteering, paddleboarding, kayaking to name a few of the activities we have on offer. Stay for the weekend, mid-week or the whole week. This Autumn Yoga Retreat in Cornwall is suitable for anyone who is a complete novice or is an expert. If you prefer not to get in the water that is ok, this is also suited to people who prefer dry land and wish to enjoy the scenery!
