On our spring hiking and yoga holiday in the Atlas Mountains, everything is included once you arrive so switch off, enjoy the scenery, the food, the culture, the hammams, hikes and of course, the yoga!
Start your yoga holiday mornings with 1.5 hours of a dynamic yoga class with asana, pranayama and meditation practices in the morning followed by a delicious breakfast.
A guided hike each day with qualified mountain guides will show you around the surrounding mountains and explore local berber culture at nearby villages.
After lunch relax with a mint tea and a good book whilst enjoying the stunning mountain views, enjoy one of the two hammams or relax with an in-house massage. Follow this with another two hour restorative yoga practice and then a delicious vegan/ vegetarian dinner in the cosy and beautifully styled Moroccan dining room.
All dietary requirements can be met just let us know beforehand. An intimate group of 10 guests, meet like-minded people looking to relax and revive in the stunning Atlas mountains.
