Pre Christmas Retreats in England & Wales
Dates: 19th – 21st November
Come and join us this autumn for our yoga retreat in East Sussex in our very own gorgeous family-owned cosy eco-home. Designed with living at one with nature and the environment in mind, our eco-house is fully sustainable.
Situated between the South Downs and the High Weald it is an area of outstanding natural beauty. We are surrounded by rolling hills and stunning views where you can enjoy a long walk or enjoy a visit to local historical villages and have tea and cake or simply relax at our secluded retreat and take time to relax and watch the world go by.
Yoga is in the yoga barn, with large windows that open up to the sounds of birdsong and views of the meadow. With yoga twice a day, daily silent walks, afternoon walks in surrounding woodlands or up high on the South Downs with stunning views and delicious vegan seasonal food and open fires this retreat is the perfect way to while away a weekend.

This Rested Mama retreat at Hollwell Holistic Retreat Centre has been curated for Mum’s by a Mum. By a woman who thinks Mum’s are amazing and knows first hand how supportive yoga and meditation is for daily parental life so can’t wait to share these practices to support you.
To incredible caregivers of young children, this retreat is for you. Fulfilling the role of Mother is amazing and challenging in equal measure. Time, space and energy to consistently look after our wellbeing is often lacking. It is so easy to lose our sense of Self in this 24hr role.

After dinner, the Sauna Garden awaits, complete with a woodfired sauna plus outdoor ‘plunge’ shower and hot showers to enjoy. Fires, indoor or out, weather allowing, will keep us cosy under the dark starry skies.

Take control of your health with on this wellness retreat with Kate Chartres and Jude Willson from Ishi Holistic Therapies.
You’ll enjoy a two night stay in a private room at the beautiful Slaley Hall, a 4-star hotel nestled in the heart of Northumberland’s tranquil countryside while engaging in a range of treatments designed to elevate your wellness. Enjoy free access to the spa including heating pool, sauna and steam room.
The retreat includes two days of non-disclosure group therapy, four sessions of EMDR therapy, four sessions of hypnosis along with breakout coaching and a yoga session.
You’ll learn about the impact of stress on the body and how to reduce inflammation, along with practical techniques designed to help you let go of stress that you can take with you after the retreat.

Press pause on your busy life and mind to join us on this cosy winter wellbeing day retreat. From the moment you enter the beautiful and tranquil venue, the Swansea Wellbeing Centre, you will be looked after by your hosts Cassie Watts and Kirsten Huesch.
Cassie practises Rapid Transformational Therapy, guiding women to rewild their self-esteem, self confidence and relationship with their inner child.
Cassie has been coaching women for four years, giving them the tools to live in a more natural, mindful and joyful way.
Kirsten has had a passion for cooking for as long as she can remember, cooking side by side with her mum.
Growing tired of the corporate world, Kirsten knew creating nourishing culinary dishes was what she wanted to do. Kirsten is now an international retreat chef and she will be working her magic just for you.
Alongside Cassie and Kirsten a number of amazing women will share their expertise with you: be it showcasing the magic of gong baths or the transformative joy that is yoga.
Together we will spend a sumptuous afternoon of nourishing plant based food, juices and warming drinks, transformative yoga, a mini Rapid Transformational Therapy Session, a magical gong bath, essential oils, more mini workshops and a gorgeous goody bag to go home with.
There will be time to reflect, go inwards but also to connect, learn, laugh and share with likeminded women. You will leave feeling renewed, full of self love and ready for the Christmas period.

This November, come and stay with us for a week on our autumn yoga holiday Marrakech, Morocco. With temperatures reaching 23 degrees and clear sunny days it is a perfect break away from the colder darker days of the Northern hemisphere.
Only a 20-minute drive into the heart of the old city of Marrakech and the souks, spend a day exploring and shopping here (for your Xmas presents maybe?!) or relax at our authentically designed and furnished Berber retreat hotel.
A spacious hotel with two yoga spaces, two pools, plenty of outdoor lounging space and Moroccan courtyards with bourgainvilea romantically spilling over from private balconies, you can spend the day here unwinding from your busy day to day life, surrounded by views of the Atlas mountains.
There are plenty of other activities to do if you wish to be more active and adventurous; take a day trip to the stunning blue and white city of Essouira – where Jimi Hendrix wrote the song purple haze; or take a day trip to the Atlas Mountains and visit Berber villages or experience the dessert.
Whatever it is you decide to do, there are two hours of yoga in the morning and 1.5 hours practise in the evening in the outdoor yoga shala to re-energise and revitalise throughout the week.
Enjoy three meals a day and fabulous massage and other treatments in the spa area, with hammam and hot tub. Float back to your room or relax by the pool or in one of the many courtyards. It is your holiday so be as active or relaxed as you like.
Pre Christmas Retreats in Italy

We’re returning to our annual retreat in Venice, Italy – and we’ve added some fun new surprises. This enchanting city is the backdrop of a magical retreat – with daily yoga, creativity workshops, day trips, spas, masks, sites, gondolas, and gourmet meals.
Come away with us for a week in the magical part of Italy known as Venezia! Venice is a place unlike any other in the world, and to see it is to transport yourself back to the days of Casanova, masked balls, and Carnevale.
Oh, but there is so much more to Venice than what the usual tourist visit can offer. Our yoga retreat will allow for a deeper knowledge of Venice, its canals, and neighboring islands. We’re so excited to offer this retreat during a unique time to visit this amazing city – as it’s out of the main tourist season so you can get a deeper view into the local life.
This is one of our continued collaborations with Julian Hyzler from EASEL&LENS to combine a look at creative focus with art projects in sketching and “ifonography” (smartphone photography) throughout the week.
Yoga and meditation classes will be held daily to prepare our bodies and minds to find the calm in the magic that is Venice – and then these art projects will help us find news ways of seeing – both yoga and art working together to find focus in the many layers of history, water, and beauty of the Venetian landscape.
You will get to experience all the major forms of water transportation that the city offers, and there’s also plenty of time to explore on your own as well.

This Wine & Wellness retreat in Verona happens only once a year! You’ll enjoy yoga and curated cultural and culinary experiences in this amazing region.
