Yoga and Mindful Cooking At Home Retreat

We are bringing our Wild & Free Adventure Retreats to your home! We will be sharing some of our retreat favourites, along with tips on food and nutrition to inspire the senses. You’ll prepare and cook your own meal with our passionate retreat chef, who will guide you live online.

The day will be framed with invigorating and restorative yoga, relaxing breathing and mindfulness practices, all planned carefully around your meals to leave you feeling nourished from the inside out! Everything you need to create your very own home sanctuary of wellbeing and provide balance for mind, body and soul.

​You will prepare and create 3 dishes throughout the day, alongside 3 yoga practices. You then have the choice to go offline after you’ve prepared your lunch if you would like to share and enjoy your creations with your household. There are Q&A opportunities throughout the day to ask questions about the meals and nutritional benefits of the ingredients.

​We will be exploring Yin & Yang practices, breathing & mindfulness and creating a sense of wellbeing, positivity and balance. Practices that you can take away into your daily life.

Yoga Central – Winter Wind-down ‘At Home’ Yoga Retreat

Treat yourself to a restorative and replenishing New Year yoga retreat from the comfort of your home. Guided by highly experienced yoga teacher, Michelle Carvill, during this afternoon retreat you’ll explore Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Breath work (pranayama), Meditation and a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra.


The afternoon starts at 2pm with setting intentions before getting straight into the first yoga session, a 75 minute dynamic and rejuvenating flow. (There’ll be modifications for beginners and the more advanced – ensuring the practice suits everyone).
15 minute break: Following the practice, break for 15 minutes.
30 minute breath-work: Exploring the power of pranayama.
55 minute yin/restorative yoga practice: Slowing down the practice to focus on getting present and deep release.

Our Solitude Retreat is a wonderful mix of restorative breathing practices, deep wisdom, silence, and powerful guided meditations.
