These online group yoga classes with Chloe are suitable for all levels and inspired by movements that feel good for the body, mind and soul. Primarily based on Hatha yoga combined with elements of Vinyasa, the classes are designed to guide you through a sequence of poses linked with the breath to achieve a state of balance and an overall sense of body-mind connection.
An original sequence is created each month and centres around a different theme. Each class will encourage you to have an awareness of the body so that each movement created feels right and enjoyable for you. Practicing yoga, even in just small doses, can improve mindfulness, strength and flexibility and help reduce stress and anxiety.
Classes are held via Zoom and range between 45 minutes to 1 hour long . You will be guided through a sequence of postures with accompanying music played to enhance the flow. Book here.

Calling all yoga bunnies! You don’t want to miss this eggcellent Rocket Easter Special with the brilliant @helenrussellclark! Helen can’t wait to see her Yogarisers back in the studios soon, but in the meantime, why not get moving to this 90min Rocket practice which is sure to have you hoppin’ around your living room.
Energetic and invigorating, Rocket yoga will make you sweat! Linking movement with breath, this quick and dynamic vinyasa flow practice is open and challenging to all levels. You will be encouraged to play with inversions (headstands, handstands etc) and to explore modifications.
This is suitable for all levels, from beginners to more experienced practitioners. The teacher will adapt the class and may give a variety of asana options for students of different levels to explore. We do, however, recommend that those new to yoga attend some Beginners (L1) classes first.
Helen did her first training with Yogahaven, where she also now teaches and more recently has trained in Rocket Yoga under David Kyle. Expect her to guide you through you a dynamic class that will make you sweat, full of light, playfulness and grounded in Yogic philosophy. As we continue to navigate the ongoing challenges of the pandemic and more, we are being called to transform our relationship to these times of increasing uncertainty, by seeing them as an invitation to heal our conditioned patterns of fear and come home to a safe sanctuary within ourselves.

Join Fionnuala for a FREE 75 minute Yin yoga class on Easter Monday. Together we will deeply stretch and release tension in our whole body and finish off the session with a beautifully guided meditation. (Recording available if you cannot make it live)
Open to everyone and suitable for complete beginners. Fionnuala Knox is the founder of Essential Balance Highland and a Yin Yoga and therapy ball teacher, specialising in the connective tissues (fascia) and breathing techniques.
