We are too busy trying to acquire more, achieve more, become more… failing to realised that all we have ever needed has already been gifted to us from the moment we took our first breath. Overtime, this has created a society of uneasiness which has manifested into global ill-health. However, I believe that it is never too late to appreciate the beauty and magic in yourself and in our world. Your body has a magical way of healing itself, physically, mentally and emotionally …. if we allow it to.”

All the sessions at Wilderness by the Lakes, will guide you into realising the amazing being that you truly are. By awakening and living consciously you are empowering yourself; this will enable you to return to the whole you which is, in fact, your birthright. For event announcements stay connected via MariaElena’s Instagram page. Classes cost £20 each. Book here.
