Spring might not be in the air just yet in England but with the recent government announcements of restrictions fading away and with more freedom on the horizon, we are all starting to feel the light at the end of the tunnel.
A life after lockdown! (weather dependent of course), although you may be glad to do yoga outside, even if it’s raining.
Picture yourself practicing yoga in the park, on the roof tops, lakeside, or by the sea! We will be updating this post regularly with new classes.
These sup yoga classes are based at the beautiful and serene location of the west reservoir centre within urban North Londons Stoke Newington.
The water temperature ranges from a chilly 12 degrees to a tropical high of 26 degrees. You will enjoy a dip of the finger tips, toes or maybe you’re whole body.
At the reservoir they use Red Paddle boards the are inflatable and are sized at 10ft x 6-8. When you arrive at the centre you will first be briefed on the boards, all equipment used and also how to paddle on the water.
All this is introduced at your first sup yoga class. The Sup yoga season starts May 2021. Book here.
