Retreat Program

On this 14 day detox retreat, kick-start your healthiest body and mind as you eat clean, move well, rest deeply, purge toxins, and fire-up your lifeforce.

This retreat is for you if you feel inflamed, puffy, off, bloated, irregular, or heavy.

Perhaps your eyes aren’t sparkling like they used to, or your hair and nails and skin are dull. Perhaps your mind feels it’s moving through mud and you are having cravings that feel addictive, and you feel like you need to shed some excess baggage – energetically, emotionally, mentally, or physically.

This end-to-end fully-integrated experience gets you on track to reach your ultimate physical well-being by reducing excess, cleaning out your cells, and strengthening your overall resilience so you can bounce back into your life with full vibrancy and brightness.

This retreat begins with our 7-night ‘Metabolic Rewire’ program and finishes with our 7-night ‘Cellular Renew’ program for a comprehensive guided healing experience with two curated body treatments that supports:

• Cellular Cleansing – Remove toxins from your body that have you feeling heavy, sludgy, and foggy.
• Weight Loss – Escape from the energy roller coaster, fat-storing, inflammatory effects of today’s grain-based, high-carbohydrate modern diet, and adopt an eating strategy that will reprogram your genes to prefer fat for fuel.
• More Energy – Reset your metabolism, replenish your energy stores, flush your body, and reboot your system.

Week 1 – Metabolic Rewire

Four Primal Health Coaching sessions – Learn about and personalize your perfect life-long food plan that works for you. You will never be hungry. And you will never eat anything that doesn’t taste good.

Calorie-controlled and nutritionally-balanced sugar detox cuisine

30-minute private intake session – Meet with one of our coaches prior to your arrival so they can best customize your stay to meet your unique health goals.

90-Minute Fascia-Blasting Body Treatment – Releases the ‘gristle’ in your tissue using special tools to smooth cellulite, release lymph stagnation, clear stored trauma, break up adhesions and scar tissue, and increase circulation. May be substituted for any spa treatment of your preference of equal or lesser value.

Week 2 – Cellular Renew

Four Primal Health Coaching Sessions – These four sessions will help you create not just the food conditions, but also the life conditions, that will support you in the detoxification process for a full system reboot that allows your body to better respond to the stressors of modern day life.

Specialty Meal Plan Using Alternate Day Bone Broth Fasting puts your body into cellular detox by reducing the energy used for digestion and diverting it to a deep and important cellular cleansing function not available to it in day-to-day life.

75-minute Lymphatic Drainage Massage – This massage will stimulate the lymphatic system and support the body in releasing toxins, sluggishness, puffiness, and bloat. May be substituted for any spa treatment of your preference of equal or lesser value.

Reintegration – You will be guided in implementing everything you’ve received during your stay with us back home for sustained and lasting change.

Thoughtfully designed to be a deeply restful place to come home to, our accommodations are an integral part of your healing experience with us – a lovely and comforting space to hold you gently through your transformational journey.

Our ‘Hacienda’ has a long and beautiful heritage, and as we’ve made updates, it’s always from a place of respectful restoration – as there is healing energy held in her bones.

We have been intentional in preserving the precious wood beams, traditional vaulted ceilings, and unique character of the original structures during any remodelling process. As a result, our facilities and bungalows have a distinctive charm.

Through this ongoing transformation, we have seamlessly blended the original essence of Hacienda del Sol with modern amenities and comforts, for a truly unparalleled guest experience.

While each are unique in their own way, all bungalows include:

TIERRA
We have four Tierra bungalows throughout the property. These beloved bungalows were renovated eight years ago and still have the original clay tiles from twenty-five years ago. The furniture was updated three years ago.

They have a lot of character, with wood details, teak headboards, and a rustic style. These bungalows have the smallest layout. They also have smaller desks and small, ensuite bathrooms with showers.

PURA
Fully renovated in 2019, these four elevated bungalows have a modern, clean aesthetic with a lot of airy white touches and higher-end finishes.

They have the second largest layout and larger ensuite private bathrooms with indoor/outdoor shower option. They also have large, teak desks making them more suitable for working from paradise.

CIELO
Our four extra-premium, newly-renovated (2022) Cielo bungalows have the highest-end finishes, largest layout, and larger indoor/outdoor bathrooms.

In addition to everything the Pura has, these bungalows uniquely offer luxurious floating stone bathtubs that you can enjoy while gazing into the jungle on your large private terrace.
