We all need a little ‘me-time’ and immersion away from the noise! I plan to run a beautifully relaxing and yet empowering mini-retreat as we get into the year with our new situation and New Year goals. Usually these are in-person but we are running an online version.

The theme of this retreat is ‘Changing Gear and Taking Back Control’. So join us to relax, rejuvenate and re-vibe. Deepen your personal mindfulness and yoga practice and rewire your perspective with a themed talk (based on NLP and Hypnotherapy) to aid your full, mind, body and soul experience.

By the end you will feel balanced, focused, refreshed and rejuvenated. The yoga in this retreat is very gentle and healing and so is perfect for absolute beginners and advanced yogini’s looking for a slower, deeper and connected session.

Grab a blanket, some pillows, a cuppa and get really snuggly. Why not even bring some relaxing oils if you have them? I like to put some droplets on a tissue and sniff it from time to time.

The flow of the day
10:00 Gathering, mindfulness and empowerment talk and meditation
10:40 Tea break
10:55 Pranayama, gentle Yoga and guided meditation
11:45 Break
12:00 Journalling with meditation
13:00 closing
This will be face to face (or you can feel free to hide camera and mute self)

Cost: £25 only (usually £35)
