Join Bernie Ginnane, Certified Sound Energy Healer, Quantum Reiki Master, Mindfulness Meditation Facilitator and Shamanic Practitioner for an online workshop to help Cleanse and Re-Align your 7 Chakras.

We will be working up through each of the Chakras, giving attention and intention to negative energy and emotions and blockages as they arise.

Though a journey of Discussion, Guided Meditations, Sound & Quantum Reiki Distant Healing, Gentle Breathwork and Journaling, you will be assisted to help cleanse and re-align your 7 Chakras, making space for the new and helping you to feel lighter, more balanced, calm and with clarity of mind. Please bring a journal or notepad and pen.
