Join Bernie Ginnane, Certified Sound Energy Healer, Quantum Reiki Master, Mindfulness Meditation Facilitator and Shamanic Practitioner for a nurturing and empowering healing session to ‘Release the Old & Call in the New’. This online session will help to clear lower vibrational energies, out-dated beliefs and conditioning, anxiety, self-doubt, limiting beliefs and judgements of self and others, especially if you are going through unsettling change.

The session is for those who are wishing to bring in more clarity and a renewed sense of Calm, Confidence and Direction moving forward.

The healing modalities offered will include: Breathwork (no experience necessary) Sound Energy Healing, Quantum Reiki, Guided Meditation and Journaling.
