Sanctuary of Self online retreats are designed and created for those who are seeking an experience focusing on self care, finding interconnectedness, being inspired to go deeper into self discovery while providing a safe haven of leaning into new experiences while also reigniting ideas that were once thought of as lost or forgotten.
Healthy self care rituals and habits are a gift to the body and soul. In this sensational series we will explore how to fully incorporate our five senses as a way into deeper reflection and meditation of self love and inner awareness. The Sanskrit word panchakamaguna means “offering of the five senses”.
When we fully engage our senses we are engaging with self. An additional benefit of tuning into our senses will give you practice into how to manage those times when you feel overstimulated which can cause an increased level of stress.
Join us as we journey through a time of exploration, each week will introduce a new theme:
- Altars ~ Sacred Spaces to Call our Own
- Positivity, Gratitude & Mindful Eating
- Green Magic of Plant Medicine
- Using Energy Medicine as Self Care
- Hypnotherapy ~ The Self Care for a Peaceful Mental Atmosphere
- Self Care as a Journey
We will begin each week with a live 1 hour session followed by an encouraging email each morning from that week’s host, Tuesday through Friday for weeks 1-5. These will be filled with prompts for additional activities, encouragement and opportunities to expand your knowledge in our weekly theme. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and respond to your session leader through email.
Upon registration you will receive the companion eBook that provides valuable insight from each of the session’s leaders preparing you for your retreat. A webinar link will be provided to you via email on the day of the each live session. And so you never miss any content, every live session will be recorded and made available to you through Vimeo. When/date: On Mondays, November 16, 23, 30 & December 7, 14, 21 ~ 7-8 PM CST (You are able to join after November 16, we will provide you with the video content upon registration).
