With the recent COVID-19, the changes witnessed have created a disruption in our “normal” way of living/working, and have had negative consequences in some cases.
In such times, it is essential to focus on ourselves, to build resilience, avoid these negative impacts – anxiety, loss of control – and build good foundations for the future.
This retreat is for you if:
You find yourself in need of a break, but not just any break, one that allows introspection
You are drained by conflicting requests on your time
You find difficulty in saying NO to these requests and to be productive
You find yourself short on time management skills
You want to gain back your focus, change your outlook and set clear goals for your future
We will meet online over 2 sessions over 2 consecutive days. Every session lasts two hours. Sessions are interactive and include introspection & action steps.

A clear action plan to follow with time-bound goals.
Tools that will allow you to increase your assertiveness level so you can start saying No to things you don’t want in order to be able to say Yes to what you really want to achieve.
