As Spring blossoms into Summer, Izzy, from Well Bean Nutrition, invites you to unwind and reset with her in the Scottish Borders at one of Scotlands most beautiful homes, Mellerstain House.

Here Izzy has organised yoga classes with two incredible yoga teachers, Annie Nicoll, who practices Vinyassa and Mooie Scott who practices Scaravelli.

Izzy, who is a trained Nutritionist and Chef of over 10 years, will be creating delicious vegetarian and gluten free meals and will be there on site to answer any nutrition questions you might have up your sleeve too.

There are different options for accommodation, depending on your budget and plenty of other activities included to ensure you kickstart your summer feeling refreshed and energised.
