To feel deeply rooted in your body, womb and heart so you can be connected to your intuition, your expression and to listen and sense with your whole body.

Throughout the retreat we will explore Yoga & movement, healing ceremonies, sound, meditation and expression to bring you back into alignment with your true self, see it as a homecoming to the authentic essence of who you are.

Come into a more fulfilled existence as we weave together these somatic practices helping to create a more profound connection with yourself. These practices stimulate energy flow throughout your energy body which will restore, rewire and replenish your body and nervous system.

Through the beauty of ceremony, nature, healing practices and sacred sisterhood we will honour all parts of our humanness – Nurturing your physical, emotional, spiritual and mental well-being together we will step into a realm of healing and profound change.

Recognising that moving, expressing, dancing, singing, laughing & crying together has the power to free ourselves and one another.

Joining in sacred sister hood we will honour ourselves as well as create space for one another to be seen, held and witnessed just as we are.

Over our time together we will form a deeper connection with ourselves, each other and pacha mama.

You will also have the option to book in for 1-2-1 healing sessions/ body work throughout the retreat.

Our Greek home for 5 nights is on the island of Lefkada. With our open yoga shala nestled in an olive grove and surrounded by beautiful greenery and just a 5 minute walk from the beautiful Desimi Beach.

Food

The m​enu will be vegetarian (optional vegan). All the food is freshly cooked and prepared by a private chef, with the intention to nourish and feed the soul.
