NLP Power Hour by Inspire – Rewire

When: Monthly sessions. Next session 4th February 7.30-8.30pm.

What you get: We are pleased to announce the NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) series which will showcase a powerful NLP technique every month.

This will be a live session that is recorded which will be available for you to buy along with any related literature/downloads. These sessions are an evolutionary development from our long standing and popular ‘monthly mindfulness’ workshops where I shared a different technique, tip or way of thinking each month.

The NLP Power Hour sessions will be run on either a Saturday morning and/or weekday evening for 1 hour.

The flow of the session:
– short intro into the tool or technique
– a deep exploration and application/ practice
– meditation to end the session.

Who are these classes for?
1. These classes are suitable for those looking for practical approach to self development to truly make a difference to thoughts, feelings, behaviour and your life.
2. Those interested from a managerial approach to work with colleagues employees, and team members to either for communication purposes or to help more directly with others own development.
3. Its also great for well being practitioners who are interested in the benefit of the NLP modality to add some new approaches into their support kit or those running online well being groups that are looking for inspiration to share self help tools in their groups.

The very best way to teach is to explore something yourself first, apply it and then share – so these sessions will give you the opportunity to really apply the technique, not just learn it theoretically, with the opportunity to ask questions directly and in real-time, while we carry out the session.

Februarys theme: The Life Wheel.
We will be looking at how we can categorise our life to feel more in control, empowered and less overwhelmed, and therefore able to prioritise. Look at what needs to be left alone for now and what is more urgent to our well-being by taking this new birds eye view of our life.

There’s a secret to the life wheel that those who may have done it before might not know! Trust me this will feel such a relief. We can do a life wheel for our whole life, or one for personal and one for professional. Each person is individual and so I will guide you into labelling your own chart and how to manage each category in terms of how one can impact the other.

If you have never done this before, you will see what an eye opener this is for how you see your life and the expectations you have on yourself and your time and will never see it the same way again.

Cost: Live classes are just £10. Live class plus the recording is £15. Recording only (£10). E.g. If you can’t make the live class then you can opt for the recorded copy.

Note that if you watch a live class and then decide you want the video you will need to go back in and buy the recording. The saving of £5 is when you buy the live and the video together.

How to stick to your resolutions around eating and keep on track

When: Friday 15th January 9:30am – 4pm GMT.

What you get: Change how you feel and act around food: #1 of The Appetite Doctor Online Retreats with Dr Helen McCarthy, The Appetite Doctor.

Do you find it hard to stick to a diet? Do you find it difficult to get motivated to make the effort to lose weight? Do you find part of you wants to lose weight whilst another part can’t be bothered and just wants to enjoy food?

This is the first in a series of one-day retreats to help you change your relationship with food. I’ll help you understand why it’s normal to revert to old patterns of eating, and what the science of habit change tells us about how we can keep on track forming new behaviours and beliefs.

You’ll see that it’s not because you’re weak and it’s more to do with what diet you have chosen to follow and whether underneath it all you have mixed feelings about losing weight.

We will use up to date, fun exercises to help you strengthen your motivation and discover strengths you didn’t know you had. You’ll learn how to tap in to positive energy within you, to overcome the self-sabotage that has held you back before.

By the end of the day you’ll understand better the blocks that held you back before, and have practical strategies to tune in to and use your positive desire for change.

Dr Helen McCarthy is a best selling author of How to Retrain your Appetite and Consultant Clinical Psychologist with 30 years’ experience helping people change unhelpful patterns of feeling, thinking and acting. She is holding a series of four 1-day online retreats for you to come together to think about and learn ways of developing a new relationship with food.

Most people know what and how they “should” be eating, but we all know that nutritional knowledge isn’t the whole story. For many of us the blocks to losing weight or achieving a happier relationship with food are psychological. Whether that’s because we struggle to maintain our initial motivation, lack willpower, struggle with cravings or emotional eating, the issues that keep us stuck are emotional or mental blocks.

Using practical strategies and techniques from the field of Clinical Psychology, Dr Helen McCarthy helps people change their unhelpful eating habits for good.

Sunday Evening Yin Yoga: restore and reset with Charlie Nicholson Yoga

When: Every Sunday at 7pm UK time / 8pm Central Europe time

Yin yoga has grown out of Traditional Chinese Medicine rather than coming from India and the intention is to target the body’s system of meridians’ or energy channels to bring us back into physiological, emotional and energetic balance.

The meridians run through our fascia or connective tissue, which wraps around all our muscles, organs and joints and holds everything together. Yin uses entirely floor-based postures, so our bones are supported, which means the muscles can relax and the work goes into the fascia.

Taking the muscles out of the equation also enables us to access other deeper tissues, such as our ligaments and even bones. We are able to lengthen and strengthen parts of our bodies that more dynamic exercises don’t reach so directly. But it takes long, still holds to change our tougher ‘Yin tissues’, so we’ll hold each pose, quietly and in stillness for several minutes.

Charlotte encourage you to release thoughts and draw your focus mindfully inwards to your breath and the sensations in your body, bringing resilience not just to body but also mind.

Cost: £10 drop in / £40 for a 5 class pass / £70 for a 10 class pass. If you want to organise a class pass email [email protected].

Our being begins to shine through more than our egoic identity. Belinda calls this – Addicted To Being – when nothing feels better than being in awareness of the eternal aspect of us. Some Masters called in Self Remembering, Self Consciousness, To Awake but they are all pointing to the same thing.

Learning to meditate on your own, is the best gift you can give yourself. The ultimate freedom to have the tools to sit and connect with your eternal aspect, anytime anywhere.

One Day Online Retreat – Anchor, Align, Arise

When: 16th of January 2021 9am – 4pm GMT +1.

What you get: Rediscover your soul and step into your true power on this one day online retreat. How about starting this brand new year with the intention of integrating more self love into your daily life, getting out of your head, into your body and finding new insights in what works best for you and your dream life?

This One Day Online Retreat is a joining of forces by Journaling Expert Lisa Gutknecht and Alignment coach Lisa Jansen. It arose from a craving of connection between women and spending more time together listening, supporting and lifting each other up.

In this busy, modern world we live in, it is important to practice self care and self love but somehow we often don’t find the time or the right tools to do it.

On January 16th, the New Moon is in Pisces and this is the perfect moment to set intentions and think about what you want to bring more into your life.

What can you expect from this Online Retreat?  A program created with love that you can follow from the comfort of your own home in your favourite comfy outfit.

  • A grounding meditation for more headspace and peace of mind.
  • A beautiful Yoga Flow by yoga teacher Amélie to start the day moving our bodies.
  • A Breakfast talk on self care rituals.
  • A Masterclass on Emotional balance and Self Love with tools & tricks on creating your own practices.
  • A Journaling & Soulwriting workshop to tune in with your soul and step into your true power.
  • A closing ceremony where we dance it out together.
  • Essential oils from the doTERRA Yoga collection throughout the day.

Join our retreat via Zoom and give yourself this time to connect with yourself and other inspiring women. We would love to see everyone on camera but if you just want to listen and be there with us without camera, you’re also very welcome.

Cost: €69,- until the 20th of December 2020, after that €79.
