What past students have said

”Excellent teachers and guides throughout the entire course. I learned so much, and my posture has improved, especially my weak point, the back! Now I can be a better teacher. All the key points of the asanas were well explained (and being bi-lingual I was lucky to have it explained in both languages). The Karma Yoga brought new emotions and feelings. The venue was beautiful and the cuisine exquisite! Nora and Kirana make a great team. The whole experience felt very balanced and was actually unbeatable.” FR

” Nora’s love and dedication for the yogic path was a deep inspiration that threaded the philosophy through the practice, the meditation and the Kirtan into a daily necessity. Her teaching skills ensure that even the most complex alignment details became simplified and everything made sense! And felt teachable! Her critiques were strong and her support amazing – I felt deeply empowered to move through personal challenges to complete the course-work for the training! I cannot recommend this immersion highly enough – authentic and real – practical and grounded, whilst enabling us to reach for higher experiences through deepening our awareness and understanding of the many layers of Yogic science. Wow!”

”The teaching was well-structured and from the heart. A wonderful sharing of a life-time’s accumulation of knowledge and experience. The teaching practice provided a supportive environment and ample opportunity to practice teaching and develop your style within the framework provided, valuable feedback from peers and Nora throughout. An incredible month of self-exploration, healing, growth and development. A present to myself that I will treasure forever and keep returning to for nourishment. Nora is a very skillful teacher and is 100% devoted to the course and teachings. She creates a space in which everyone seems to be on the journey together, despite walking different life paths. It was a pleasure and privilege to be guided along the Spirit Body Yoga path to enlightenment by her! :) I recommend this course with all my heart to anyone with a heart for yoga!.” GG
