Great for nature-loving yogis that want a more modern, luxurious feel. Join us for a three-night retreat at a stunning new venue in the Derbyshire Dales, Hope Valley area. With views across the valleys of the Peak District and surrounded by nature, you will leave feeling like you have had a full escape away!
Our modern home has all the cosy comforts you could ever need. Plush sofas, warming fires and views from every window, of which there are a lot of! An abundance of seating areas both inside and outside means you will have plenty of space. Perfect to curl up with a book or chat with your new retreat friends.
Our days on this Peak District Retreat will be filled but relaxing. Hikes directly from the house, delicious plant-based meals, and yoga to nourish both body and soul.
We will be running covid secure retreats, with reduced numbers and lots of space, as we did summer 2020 – so you will feel like you can relax and enjoy your experience with us.
The classes are suitable for all abilities. From beginners to intermediate and advanced levels. Everyone is welcome. Our inspiring and experienced teachers are well-practised at adapting the class to everyone’s level.
There will be two staggered yoga classes for each yoga session scheduled to accommodate the group in order to follow the guidelines of social distancing. The yoga teacher will create a more dynamic class in the morning to get you ready for the day’s hike and the evening class will be slightly longer to enable deep relaxation with yoga Nidra.
About the teacher
Meet Nicole! Yoga teacher, plant lover, cat mum and sunset chaser from Nottingham. Yoga first came into Nicole’s life when she was 13 years old as a means of stretching and increasing flexibility for dance competitions. It wasn’t until after University that she came back to her yoga practice, after stumbling upon an outdoor yoga class. After floating back home and witnessing a beautiful sunset, she knew something within her had changed.
Nicole has now been teaching for over 5 years in the UK and around the world alongside her travels. She mainly teaches Vinyasa Flow & Yin yoga and specialises in Tibetan Singing Bowl sound baths. Nicole loves to see the transformation of people through the connection to their bodies and breath from each practice.
‘ Yoga continues to teach me on a daily basis and as a teacher, I feel so blessed to be able to share this with you in person. Yoga for me is connection, stillness, movement, breath, mindfulness, friends and love.’
