Spring Mind Body Detox Ibiza Yoga Retreat

Join us for a Spring Mind Body Detox Ibiza Yoga retreat to balance body, mind and ignite the soul with wellness workshops, fitness, mindfulness and yoga.

Perfect if you want to shift a negative habit and pick up a positive new one. We offer damn good yoga, clean and nutritious food, fitness sessions, hikes in beautiful nature, treatments to pamper and vitalise your physical body and much more – aiming to get the sparkle back in your eyes and glow on your cheeks.

The nurturing environment, nutritious plant based food, daily yoga and mindfulness practise, heart raising cardio spurts, insightful workshops, morning cleansing rituals and other supporting activities will help you with your journey.

Your mornings will start with cleansing ritual, herbal infusion and meditation to continue the silence of mind after restful nights sleep. After energy boosting power shot we will be practising dynamic vinyasa flow yoga, followed by relaxation to let the benefits of our practice to seep in.

Afternoons are spent relaxing, some days we will have guests hosting workshops or we head out for a hike to enjoy the beauty of Ibiza. Before dinner we have gentle yoga practice to soothe bodies and calm minds.

The group will be selectively small to ensure personal attention. As the retreat progresses so does your physical strength and clarity of mind.

If you wish to take your spring detox deeper we can offer intense colon cleanse or juice detox packages that are over 5 days, this will be at extra cost. We kept one evening totally free, so you have time to explore the surrounding quaint Santa Eularia town, spend some quality time with your newly found friends at the villa, take extra time to relax and unwind, or head to the beautiful Ibiza Town.

This is all about you, and your personal journey should be guided by you, we will facilitate the trip and offer support along all the way.


Our retreat is hosted in a authentic Ibizan country house, finca, with white washed walls, beautiful high wooden ceilings, simple Nordic deco and calm energy that is guaranteed to leave you relaxed and feel at home from the moment you arrive.

The house features purpose build wooden yoga deck, that is surrounded by ancient pine trees and nature, large swimming pool, extensive lawn and garden and authentic Finnish wooden sauna.

The bedrooms are all unique and you can select from the following (subject to availability).

Private bedroom: For solo use with double bed and own bathroom. Twin bedrooms, for two persons sharing, with two single beds and shared bathroom.

Shared bedrooms: These large finca rooms have four single beds, high ceilings and shared bathrooms.


Katja, our founder, is experienced hatha and vinyasa flow teacher with influence from her own Ashtanga practice. Her focus is on alignment and breath, with humour and restorative postures added in to ensure your body and mind are respected as well as challenged.

She is also holistic massage therapist and energy worker though Reiki so you can expect gentle adjustments and deep and nurturing moments of relaxation through Yoga Nidra.


Vegetarian and vegan, we cook all our meals in house and plan our menus around the local seasonal ingredients to ensure all food has maximum nutritional content and have minimum time from farm to table.

All drinks and meals at the finca are locally grown, seasonal and nutritious yumminess, cooked in house by our chefs: Fresh juices and/or smoothies, morning power shots, teas, infusions, filtered water; wholesome brunch made with seasonal ingredients, pure food and nutrition; pre-yoga and late afternoon snacks and fruits; dinners.

Retreat schedule

Generally our days follow this sequence:
– Cleansing ritual and lemon water to waken the body.
– Optional silent walk or gentle jog to the seaside and back.
– Powershot followed by mindfulness and yoga practice.
– Delicious, colourful and nutritionally charged brunch with juice.
– Free time to digest, rest and enjoy the retreat house, its calm energy and peace.
– Personal discussion/check up on your goals with host, treatments or therapies to aid your detox.
– Afternoon workshop or additional restoring yoga practice.
– Three course dinner and time to socialise
– Storytelling by the fire or mediation practice & journalling
