Katarzyna Richter – Certified yoga teacher, cross cultural psychologist & the retreat host.

Yoga classes will be suitable for all levels, with a focus on balancing, relaxing and stretching the body. Hatha yoga with elements of vinyasa and partner/ acro yoga (optional ).

Katarzyna will deliver daily yoga classes and workshops on resilience and maintenance of a positive&strong mindset.

Jessica Iachia- Founder of Food for Soul

An expert in Holistic Life & Health Coaching and also offers other complementary wellness services such as Yoga and Energy Healing.

She offers content and services that set you off in your path to self-discovery and provides you with personal development tools that will serve you throughout your life.

Jessica will deliver group workshops on connecting with yourself and the world trough finding the inner balance, using multiple techniques including Access Consciousness Tools, NLP and RAIN .

Gillian Harrison – Vibrational healer & teacher

Gillian Harrison is an experienced vibrational healer & teacher, who has practised & taught Reiki, crystals & flower essences for over 17 years. She fell in love with the Gongs four years ago and has been studying & playing them ever since.

She uses this combination of reiki energy, crystals, flower essences & gongs to help her clients achieve balance in their lives. She works in a caring, loving & gentle way.

She believes in the vibrational healing of flowers & crystals, kindness & karma, past & future lives, angels & spirit guides & living every second of every day in a meaningful & joyful way. Gillian will deliver soothing gong sound baths and “Express your authentic self” communication workshop.
