Description

Join us for an adventure on the west coast of Ireland, alongside the only Loch in the country. Enjoy a jam-packed schedule of wild swimming, hiking, kayaking, gorge walking, yoga, stargazing.

Welcome to the September yoga holiday in Ireland, 7 nights of full adventure! This full week allows you to really explore the area and discover more of what this incredible location has to offer!

Join us in the stunning Connemara region in West Ireland, a place of legend, folklore and profound beauty. Set within a scenic corner of County Galway, it is a region famed for its wild terrain and deeply routed Irish culture. The rugged mountains and expansive wild spaces lead to perfect white sand beaches and bays with quaint fishing villages.

Our home, situated on the west coast and within 185 acres, sits right on the Killary Fjord – a nature and adventure lovers paradise! Surrounded by jaw-dropping scenery this springtime yoga holiday Ireland will be all about embracing everything the area has to offer.

Included in the price is a day on a kayak on the Loch followed by a gorge walk, two days of guided hiking and morning wild swims for the brave! This is all on our doorstep and much more will be on offer if you would like to squeeze some more adventure in.

With its community feel, our venue for this yoga holiday in Ireland is a truly modern space. Boasting stylish interiors and unique, bespoke features throughout it feels comfortable and bright.

Importantly, there are spaces to read and relax such as the hanging chairs in the reading snugs dotted around the property as well as the communal areas.

However, the main magic is outside embracing the majestic landscape of Ireland and luckily there are plenty of spaces to enjoy that too!

Without a doubt, the two fire pits will be a much-loved feature on a starry evening. A covered outdoor eating area and outdoor seating mean you can always catch a glimpse of the sea and the mountains.

Venue

With a wonderful sitting room and library, large dining space and multiple ‘hang out’ areas you will always find a lovely space to relax in. Outside of the communal areas, there are a total of 10 bedrooms, each boasting a bold aesthetic and a unique layout.

Each room has a modern ensuite with a walk-in shower and a seating area with a range of storage facilities. The spacious shared rooms all create bed nooks so although sharing with a fellow retreat friend, you feel fully private once tucked up in bed.

There is a real Scandi feel to the whole property creating a fun but comfortable environment to call home.

Single occupancy rooms are available as well as a stunning mountain view room set up for a couple on an adventure together.

Yoga

On our September yoga holiday in Ireland, our yoga classes are suitable for all abilities. From beginners to intermediate and advanced levels, everyone is welcome. Furthermore, our inspiring and experienced teachers are well-practised at adapting the class to everyone’s level.

The yoga teacher will create a more dynamic class in the morning to get you ready for the day’s hike and adventures. Then, the evening class will be slightly longer to enable deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra.
