Kickstart to Wellness and Weight Loss Retreat
We offer a Kickstart to Wellness retreat in 3, 4 and 5 day programs, for those who don’t have a longer time to attend yet want to start some life changes! As the name says, it’s a Kickstart to Wellness, fabulous “long weekend” style retreat.
You will receive (as for all programs) a pre detox diet, to follow a week before your program to make it more effective.
Our kickstart to wellness program also has daily spa treatments to pamper and relax you, daily organic slow pressed juices and healing elixers, and our special alkalizing powders.
Daily yoga in the morning, kickstarts your day! On your final day you will reintroduce solid foods with a raw food platter, and instructions how to continue reintroducing your regular diet over the coming days.
Accommodation
Chili Villa Hotel
The Chilli villa hotel provides 3/3.5 star accommodation with all modern amenities and Balinese features. The studios are small free standing rooms, some with own small garden, all with outside sitting area, ensuite, bathtub, tv, dvd, ac, white fluffy towels, wifi, slippers and dressing gown, safety box, fridge, herbal tea making facilities, all for your comfort and relaxation during your health program. There is one swimming pool for guests use in the gardens of Chili Studio Villa Hotel.
Chill Studio
Small free standing rooms. All rooms have kitchenette so your wellness assistant can come and show you juicing and elixir preparation on request. The chili studio room also has a bathtub (great for your Royal Boreh and scrub, wrap treatments with your spa therapist) .
Sonia Villa Hotel
Sonia Villa Hotel provides 4 star accommodation with all modern amenities yet traditional Balinese features. The rooms are set in large gardens and there are 2 swimming pools on the premises for your use. All rooms have TV, DVD, ensuite bathroom, white fluffy towels, direct dial telephone, wifi, Facilities for making herbal teas, room fridge, safety box, AC, dressing gown and slippers for your comfort and relaxation during your health program.
Sonia Suite
The nicest rooms are at Sonia Villa Hotel, with sunken bath tub and semi outdoor stone wall shower (unique Balinese style), larger room than super deluxe room and larger than chili studio room, outside terrace and inside sitting area, kitchenette (where your wellness assistant can come and show you juice / elixir preparation on request).
Sonia Super Deluxe
All the same amenities as the suite room, ensuite with standing regular bath, regular shower, outside sitting terrace, smaller room than suite yet still lovely.
We also have a twin bed room at Sonia villa hotel, please enquire re pricing of Twin share health programs as they are lower cost per person when sharing. Suite and Super Deluxe rooms can be single occupancy or double if your coming with your partner).
Note: we can provide our health programs within a 5 star villa setting, (subject to availability). Please enquire to our bookings team, if this is your preference.
Schedule of retreat
Our wonderful wellness team will make your personalised schedule to suit your health retreat package style and your needs. This will be shown to you at your beginning orientation and you will have a small booklet to keep with you to help you day to day with your appointment.
Cuisine
Bali Vitality offer mostly 98% juice cleansing programs at this time. Options are available for substitute vegetarian meals. Specialised detox cleansing organic cold pressed vegetable juices, alkalising vegetable broth, coconut water, oxygenated water, herbal teas, vegetable platters, vegetarian and raw vegetarian cuisine (depending on program), alkalising red and green organic super food powders, herbal cleansing and bentonite powders for colon cleansing.
