Just Paint Workshop in Ibiza
This practical Just Paint workshop in Ibiza will encourage you to work in innovative ways allowing your painting to emerge lead by your imagination and your creative process. The workshop is designed to help you unlock your creativity by learning how to balance simple techniques with the relinquishing of control and by harnessing chance encounters, trial, error and transformation.
Exercises combines mindfulness meditations, expressive movements, Zen seeing and Zen drawing with painting on paper and on canvas, in the studio and outdoor in nature.
It is ideal for students who wish to develop their own authentic way to paint and experience how to create from an inner space of presence and awareness.
In this process you will learn or improve your existing skills to:
- Tap into your reservoir of primal creative energy and paint from a state of presence
- Build up and shape layers on your canvas using a selection of tools and painting techniques. You will have your own easel and painting station
- Let go of expectations in favour of surrendering to the emerging process of your art
Cultivate the art of seeing - Integrate accidents and harness the unexpected
- Work with the complementary creative forces of chaos and order, Eros and the creative impulses, de-constructing and re-constructing
- Dialogue with your inner critic
- Harvest meaningful insights from your creative process and transfer them into the context of your life
The program is aimed for adults interested in art, creativity and mindfulness. Creation times are designed to be inspiring for artists and non artists alike, no special skills or experience are needed.
Roseline’s art studio is only 150m from Can Bueno It has been the cradle of many artistic projects and vibrates with creative energy. The studio is a 70 m2 luminous space with high ceilings and an outdoor country area, perfect for small group settings.
Nature is the ultimate artist and the nature of Ibiza is raw, untamed and exquisitely beautiful. Guided by Roseline participants will explore hidden parts of this historic Mediterranean island and find inspiration in its pristine nature, clear waters, inspiring light and magical landscapes.
The Studio
Roseline’s art studio has been the cradle of many artistic projects and vibrates with creative energy. The studio is a 70 m2 luminous space with high ceilings and outdoor country area perfect for intimate sharing and relating in small group settings. It is fully equipped with ample space to provide for all modalities of artistic expression.
Creating together with a group of other like-minded aspiring or experienced artists is an irreplaceable well of inspiration and discovery. The studio is situated near the village/port of Santa Eulalia on the east cost of the island. The nature of Ibiza is beautifully untamed and offers an endless source of inspiration for artists.
This workshop takes place in my art studio with a group of 5 participants only. Each participant has a working area with easel, table and floor space to create inside the studio plus outdoor space if weather permit.

Cuisine
Participants can book a vegetarian or vegan lunch on Saturday and Sunday for an extra cost of 15 euros.
Accommodation
We recommend the Hotel Cas Catala in Santa Eulalia, a sweet hotel at very reasonable rates, with singles and doubles rooms and a swimming pool. Located a 20 minute walk from Art studio and three minutes by car. Read reviews.
