An environment to relax, re-connect with yourself and meet like-minded people. A moment to pause and breathe in the countryside air, give yourself the opportunity to de-stress.

Time to focus on yoga and mindfulness, to delve deeper into practice. Stay in a very special house in Salcombe, The Tower blends its heritage with modern living.

The property is light and airy with wonderful views across the estuary to the famous sandy beaches, the harbour and out to sea. It’s a short walk into town where you can access shops, beaches, restaurants and cafes.

Activities / classes

Morning Yoga Workshop

Example workshop: We will focus on deepening our knowledge of a variety of yoga poses, build confidence and ultimately enhance our yoga practice.

Evening Gentle Yoga Class

Expect restorative and gentle stretches, aiming to relax, de-stress and unwind.

Coastal Walks

Explore the stunning coastal paths of the South Hams. Take in the breath taking views, and if weather permits we will take a boat across to East Portlemouth.

Free Time to Explore

There will be time for you to explore the wonderful seaside town of Salcombe (and further afield if you wish). A few examples of additional activities include; Stand Up Paddle Boarding, a visit to the Gin Distillery, exploring the local shops.

Teacher

Katie Hodge (Hatha & Yin Yoga Qualified)

I help people who are stuck in a cycle of stress and burnout, teaching them how to prioritise their own wellbeing.

Supporting clients who want to work on both their physical and mental health. Build energy, strength and flexibility within the body, stillness in the mind.

Helping clients to understand the importance of self-care and being kind to themselves. Through yoga and mindfulness find a moment to pause, switch off from the stress and worry.

Learn techniques that can help when anxiety creeps in, equip yourself with a mindset to better cope with the demands of the day. Join me on the journey to find balance and calm in your life.

Location and how to get there

Salcombe is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty in Devon. Known for its wonderful coastal views and rolling surrounding countryside, picture-postcard harbour and sun soaked beaches.

There is parking available if you wish to drive, or the closest train station is Totnes, with a taxi journey of approximately 30-40 minutes.
