Summer Weekend Yoga and Wellness Retreat in Norfolk
Join us this June for a long weekend of wellness and yoga in Norfolk at our stunning eco-retreat centre. Relax in the grounds, enjoy the swimming lake, the Japanese Garden and star gazing.
After the long winter lockdown, it’s time to get out of our comfort zones, shake off the last year and find connection again on our summer yoga retreat Norfolk.
June is the perfect time to enjoy our yoga retreat in Norfolk. The sun and warmth of spring have arrived and has given the grounds of this stunning venue time to flourish so that it radiates colours of lush green, sparkling blue from the lake, reds, oranges and purples of the wild flowers throughout.
We love it here and have been running our yoga retreats here for 11 years! As an eco-retreat centre, everything has been built with sustainability at the heart of everything they do. There is a swimming lake where you can row boats, a newly developed meandering garden with paths, a Japanese garden and fire pits to stargaze in the evenings. Find a connection to nature in the expansive grounds and find connection with new people, and reconnect to you, to release tensions and stresses of the past year.
We will be running covid secure retreats, with reduced numbers and lots of space, as we did summer 2020 – so you will feel like you can relax and enjoy your experience with us.
Morning yoga on your summer yoga retreat Norfolk:
During your yoga retreat Norfolk, you will be treated to 2x 2-hour classes a day. Enjoy an energising flow class in the morning to increase flexibility and strength while making you feel relaxed, leaving plenty of time for meditation and savasana. Get what you need from each class by going inward and really listen to your inner voice and wisdom so that you can nourish and revive in the individual way that you need.
Evening yoga on your summer yoga retreat Norfolk:
The evening yoga class will be more restorative finding yourself in longer holds, allowing the body to open up in its own time. Feel grounded, calm and nourished from the evening practice.
We will be maintaining covid guidelines for this retreat and have a large yoga shall to allow for social distancing, with great ventilation. If it’s warm, yoga will be outside in the stunning grounds.

Luxury en-suite rooms combine a rustic charm with quirky modern twists. They are nestled in a courtyard formation around the Barn which is the yoga, dining and chill-out space.
The main barn has underfloor heating throughout, wood burners and big cosy sofas in a living space to relax into.
Each bedroom has original artworks by renowned artist Oliver Barnett, giving each room a unique interpretation of a natural scene.
All of the bedrooms and bathrooms have their own underfloor heating. They also have super comfortable, extra thick sprung mattresses and high-quality cotton linen.
Twin or double rooms: The rooms are spacious enough for two people to share a room comfortably, with cosy single beds and crisp linen. The beautiful en-suite bathrooms have either a bath or a shower room.
Triple rooms: These rooms have the same thoughtful eco-design as the twin or double rooms with an extra bed for the third person. There is a spacious en-suite bathroom also.
Due to the Coronavirus, we have created our new health and safety policy which includes extra cleaning and reduced numbers which will allow for social distancing. As a result, we have more single rooms. Check out our COVID hub for all things in this area.
