Vintage from the 19th century
Pendant height: 17 Millimeters; Pendant width: 15 Millimeters
I love a puffy heart and this one is so beautifully three dimensional and perfectly proportioned. Hollow yet beautifully substantial, it feels gorgeous in the hand. The starburst engraving around the pearl is deep and crisp and the decoratively framed engraving around the front is spot on.
The Victorians were a sentimental bunch so this would almost definitely have once been given as a gift from one lover to another. The little seed pearl signifies purity, so essentially we are looking at a message of pure love here. Swoon.
Delightful on its own or add it to your necklace, she’s a timeless classic.
