Description

Our wellbeing retreat is a kick-off retreat, our first such event taking place at the charming Villa Luka in Svib, Croatia, in the middle of the countryside.

In those nine days we want you to relax and focus on your personal wellbeing. We want you to identify where you are now and where you want to go. Further, our goal is for you to go home with some healthy take-aways to improve your routine after the retreat.

We focus on four key points: Forest-bathing, food consciousness, physical activities and coaching. The maximum number of participants due to the room availability is restricted to nine and everybody above 18 years of age is welcome. (Current attendees range from age 40 to 60.)

Regarding the Covid-crisis we are carrying out all requirements given by the Croatian government. At this moment, all you need to bring is a negative test before you fly in.

Everyone in the household of coaches is vaccinated against Covid or has their own immunity. This wellbeing retreat is organised by communication and mindfulness coach Kristina Bodrozic-Brnic and WorldTribe. The retreat is delivered in both German and English.

Accommodation

The retreat takes place at Villa Luka, an old Dalmatian guesthouse in the countryside near Split. Relax your body and soul in the mountains and refresh!

The house is surrounded by nature on a hill with no neighbouring houses. It offers six double rooms and one single room, all comfortably furnished. It has a large living-room, heated pool in front of the house and charming terraces and plants.

Wellness Activities

Relaxation in nature through forest bathing

Forest Bathing (Shinrin Yoku) is a modern Japanese method to bring city dwellers back in touch with nature by activating the five senses. Our mindfulness coach Kristina enriches it by including photography and text reflection.

Food Consciousness by preparing your own meals

In our everyday life we often pay too little attention to the quality of our meals. Together we learn more about preparing meals which support our health and state of wellbeing. Our meals will be plant-based and you will not be hungry.

Yoga, Pilates & and Bioenergetic stress-relief

Basic and medium level exercises in Yoga related to the four elements earth, water, air & fire. We will also show you some everyday Pilates exercises to improve your posture. Furthermore bioenergetic exercises will help to feel more grounded and shake off stress.

Coaching Sessions

There will be several group coaching sessions around lifestyle and some individual sessions on personal development to book. In our group sessions we will exchange our ideas and experiences and also learn that we are not alone. The individual sessions give you the time you need to get deeper into your own reflection of where you are and where you want to go.

Teachers

Kristina has vast experience in communication improvement in very different categories, from virtual worlds over cultures and arts to personal life matters. She is experienced in traditional plant medicine and guided meditation. In this retreat she is the organiser and supports and educates guests through food consciousness, forest-bathing and coaching sessions.

Denica is a yoga teacher (500 RYT) certified to teach vinyasa and yin/yang yoga classes. In 2017, she completed a 200-hours yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India, and then in 2019, she did 300-hours yoga teacher training on yin/yang yoga and the 5 elements in Ayurveda and TCM in Bali, Indonesia. Yoga is a meeting with yourself.

Danica is supporting our activities with general preparations of our space, food preparation and nature walks. She is an experienced healthcare professional and massage therapist. Her passion lies in natural health-benefiting cosmetics.
