Camporsevoli is a hamlet with a long history that dates back all the way to Etruscan times. It is totally private, owned by the Grossi family since the middle of the 1800’s, with no commercial activity within it thus peace and privacy are assured.
There are six houses available for accommodation, all of which have fully equipped kitchens. Four of these (Casa del Neri, Attico, Casa del Fattore and La Canonica) are inside the hamlet and share the same pool (The pool at La Rotonda) and the other two (Capanne and Poderino) are 1km below the hamlet and Capanne has its own private pool.
Because one of the houses (Attico) does not have any form of heating, the number of people we can accommodate slightly varies with the season: between June and mid September we can accommodate up to 42 guests, the rest of the time we can accommodate up to 35.

Yoga Spaces - outdoor and indoor
There is a large reception room that can host large numbers (comfortably up to 30) for Yoga, and a just as large garden outside this. Poolsides and other outdoors areas can be used as well. The Granaio and the Corner, the new dining room and honesty bar, are other possible spaces.
- Capanne has its own private pool
- Casa del Neri, Attico, Canonica and casa del Fattore share the Pool at La Rotonda a short walk outside the hamlet up a lovely and peaceful cypress lined path
- All houses have BBQ’s
- In the hamlet the Corner honesty bar is a place to meet other guests where snacks, drinks, beer and wine are available on an honesty payment basis: you leave in a jar whatever you feel right for what you have taken
- At the Corner you will also find guide books, art books, games and an ongoing paperback exchange library
On site: cooking classes, art classes, wine appreciation classes, tours of the hamlet and photography classes.
Off site: guided tours of any town / city close by, visits to wineries, horse back riding, tennis, spa treatments, biking (normal and E-bikes), vespa rentals.
Location and how to get there
Camporsevoli is on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, between the towns of Cetona and San Casciano dei Bagni (both about 8km away). Chiusi is the closest largest town to us, about 15 km away. We are exactly half way between Florence and Rome, an easy drive off the A1 highway that connects the two cities, about 1 hr 45 mins away.
Having a car - or some form of transportation (also a van or bus in case of larger groups) is essential to visit with us as there is no form of public transport available once you get to camporsevoli. Chiusi is a well serviced station with trains to / from Florence and Rome, and there are taxis or private drivers companies that can bring you to us, but then moving from there without one’s own transportation is not easy and would largely limit the enjoyment of your stay.
