Set in a private valley of over 700 acres of the rolling Devon countryside Middle Coombe Farm is an established and exclusive retreat venue.
The converted Cider Barn has been painstakingly restored with underfloor heating and large doors opening on the meadow which makes it an inspirational space for indoor and outdoor activities.
The Listed 16th Century farmhouse and Allensdown barn sleep up to 21 in 4* luxury and includes exclusive use of the swimming pool and sauna.
Accommodation options and bathrooms
Middle Coombe Farm can sleep up to 21 in comfort. There are 7 bedrooms including several doubles with 3 en-suites plus a large family bathroom. The bedrooms are all lovingly decorated with many period features and antique furniture. All have thick pocket sprung mattresses, feather duvets and pillows and 100% white cotton bedlinen and towels.
The farmhouse has a large kitchen, a traditional drawing room and a separate library and playroom. There is also more space in the adjacent Allensdown Barn with its 3 bedrooms, bathroom and shower room, own lounge, large kitchen.
Many of our beds can be set up as either singles or kingsize and some rooms can be interlinked. All our twin beds can be converted into very comfortable kingsize beds by way of zip lock mattresses.
The traditional Cider Barn has underfloor heating making it warm for floor based activities. The meadow offers a flat space complete with traditional fire pit. The woodland glades offer alternative Yoga spaces.

Location and how to get there
Middle Coombe Farm is conveniently located ten minutes’ drive from Tiverton Parkway railway station, on the mainline to Exeter, Bristol and London, as well as junction 27 of the M5 motorway. We are 30 minutes’ drive from Exeter airport and we've plenty of space to land a helicopter.
