The hotel is built in the piny grove with a fantastic panoramic view, looking at the Kapsali and the imposing Castle of Chora. It is located around 300m from Kapsali's gulfs and 5 minutes away from the Chora by car and is conveniently positioned for access to some of Kythera's most finest beaches. However, if you prefer walking, Porto Delfino is 7 minutes away from Kapsali beach on foot (the way back from the beach to the hotel is uphill).
According to Hesiod the sea of Kythera is the birthplace of goddess Aphrodite (Venus). Kythera, situated at the crossroads of the sea routes leading to and from the Eastern Mediterranean, are not characterised by intense tourist development and therefore have retained their unique and picturesque character. Porto Delfino Hotel has 21 double rooms and bungalows for single double or triple use. Every room and bungalow has his own bathroom and a sea view balcony. All rooms have air-conditioning, Mini Bar, tv, hair-dryer, shower amenities, telephone, free access to internet and verandas with unequalled sea view.
At the main building, there is a large shaded balcony where you can enjoy the exquisite view and also you can take your breakfast there as well. There is a bar, a satellite TV room, open air areas, gardens, large parking area and last but not least, an infinity swimming pool.
The hotel has an ideal 100m2 outdoor area with magnificent views of Kapsali Bay. Enjoy Yoga with sunset or evening Yoga under the stars! In addition, an interior space of 100sqm is also available for use. There is also extra free space next to our calming infinity pool area.

How to get there
The quickest way to come to Kythera is one of the daily, 35-minute flights from Eleftherios Venizelos, Athens International Airport. You can also come by boat from the port of Piraeus. If you are driving there are also liner routes from Peloponnese and from the ports of Gytheion and Neapoli.
You can also arrive by boat from Crete or the port of Kissamos. If you are using a pleasure craft the Kapsali quay offers the whole array of services for safe and comfortable mooring.
