With in depth experience working with people of all levels and from all walks of life, I am skilled in understanding the body from a bio mechanical and anatomical level and also energetic and the effects of the mind and stress on the body. Each and every practice will be tailored to meet your exact needs on that day to make sure that you get the very best out of each and every practice.
Sessions may be purely physical, focussing on asana and gaining strength and flexibility or combine meditation, breath work and mindfulness techniques to help deal with stress and anxiety. Private classes can also be combined with transformational life coaching if you want to delve a little deeper.
Individualised self-practice plansIf you want to kick start a home practice but need a little extra support or guidance I am here to help. Just tell me what you are looking to work on and we can come up with a practice plan for you that includes practice sheets to follow or even a personally recorded practice just for you! This means that you can take your practice with you wherever you go…
Personalised guided meditation practices:
Whether you want to start a daily meditation practice and need some help and guidance or have some deeper soul work that you want to dive into I can record you a personalised meditation practice which you can take with you wherever you go. After an initial consultation session where we talk about your requirements from the meditation the recording will be tailored to your exact needs and the time you have available daily.
Imagine a holiday where you get to devote yourself to a daily yoga practice, relax in beautiful surroundings, nurture your body with pure nourishing foods and meet like- minded people. A time to think only of yourself and your well-being by taking time out to completely relax and recharge your batteries allowing inspiration to flood in.
Whether you travel alone, with a partner or friend you’ll find warm and wonderful company and leave with new friends for life. Your body will be stronger and much more flexible, your mind clear and calm and your heart smiling and content. However you arrived you will leave feeling relaxed, restored and uplifted.
A typical yoga retreat will include two yoga practices and 2/3 nourishing vegetarian meals a day. Meditation may be include and also talks on the philosophy and deeper meaning of yoga. In between all this yoga loveliness there will be plenty of time for you to explore the local area, read a book by the pool or on the beach and most of all completely relax and just ‘be’.
I have been teaching retreats for eight years now and have taught over 75 retreats, and I simply LOVE it! I love the transformation, the depth we can go to, the difference you can make in a week. I love bringing together amazing people from all over the world for a week of laughter, sharing, learning, support, growth, sunshine and so much yoga love.
But most of all I love the magic, retreats truly are magic and life changing on so many levels in so many ways. I just love the magic.
