Monday 11am, 6pm, 7pm Pilates
Tuesday 11am Pilates
Wednesday 11am Pilates
Thursday 1pm Absolute Beginners Ballet
Friday 1pm Pilates, Gentle Aerobics & “weights” (using objects found in the home!)
