Samanya Yoga classes in Woking are taught by Karen Wilson – a popular local teacher with over 10 years experience. Karen offers classes incorporating the philosophy of hatha yoga with the asana (postural work) and prananyama (breath control). Classes are relaxed and friendly as Karen likes to ensure everyone is at ease to be able to get the most out of her class
Karen offers several mixed ability classes each week, a pregnancy class as well as a mum and baby class. Karen likes to create a community for the mums to ensure they have the support they need. As well as the classes she also has social media groups to help foster community and support.
