The Happiness Branch Mindfulness Course
This course is run by Gemma Sandwell Bsc Hons, Mindfulness Teacher and TEDx Speaker. The program is based on the popular MBSR and MBCT Mindfulness methods.
Build a Mindfulness Habit for life in the comfort of your own home. On our popular course we will start with the basics of Mindfulness and will build up to creating a Mindfulness habit. We cover off the neuroscience behind why it works, bodyscan, breathing, mindful movement, mindful eating and many other practices. All recorded in your personal workbook and journal.
We will explore stress and how Mindfulness can overcome it, dealing with difficulties and why kindness is important in Mindfulness.
The course also includes a research study on loving kindness Meditation and we incorporate this latest science on loving kindness and Positive Psychology meditations into the Mindfulness habits built from the course.
The Mindfulness practices you will be learning we make sure are right for you and fit around your lifestyle to enable you to build a habit for life.
You will receive support from me as an accredited coach and access to an exclusive group for the course for support, sharing and community.
