Founded by Isobel Palmer, a Pilates teacher and movement practitioner, Isobel wanted to open a studio free from gimmicks and body ideology and instead open a welcoming space that simply offers great classes with some of the best teachers London has to offer. LIM Studio is dedicated to making people feel great-both on and off the mat.
Absolute dynamic reformer classes are a brilliant fusion of the best aspects of Pilates, strength and conditioning and circuit training disciplines.
We combine the key Pilates principles of precise movement, control and core muscle activation, amongst others, with functional strength promoting exercises. This ensures that not only do you get leaner, stronger and more balanced, but you also apply your newfound strength and flexibility to movements that you need to perform every day. Once you begin your training with us you’ll look and move better.

We want you to feel better as well, which is why we blend our Pilates and strength exercises into a circuit style sequence that improves your cardiovascular fitness and promotes the release of endorphins (feel good hormones).

Margo’s Pilates experience began 20 years ago when she was working in marketing for a global hotel company. Travelling around the world, lugging heavy bags and sitting for hours on end, she suffered from various aches and pains, back and neck problems.
Private classes are available on a 121 basis. If you would like to combine lessons with friends then Margo can host classes of up to 5 so you can share time with friends enjoying the benefits of Pilates. All classes are fun, interactive and relaxing and suitable for all levels..
Claire’s Pilates Studio is situated in Garforth, Leeds. We offer Group Pilates Classes, 1 to 1 Plates, Pilates Teacher Training and Online Wellbeing Courses for women.
Claire’s Pilates Studio has a dedicated Reformer Studio plus a mat work room for Barre Pilates Method, Mat work and Pilates Bums, Legs and Tums.
Small group numbers mean you get total teacher attention so you learn the method correctly. The Reformer is THE celebrity workout and offers total body toning, strengthening and stretching. Mat work can be learned and done anywhere making it an ideal addition to machine work. First class free!

Claire has taught one to one sessions for the last 15 years and has helped many clients relieve aches and pains, rehabilitate injuries, restore pelvic floor health and improve posture.
The one to one studio has a Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda chair and small equipment so a repertoire of exercises can be adapted to your needs.

SpineSafe Reformer teacher training came about through Claire’s 15 years experience of teaching. The training course ensures you know the pre-requisites plus contra-indications for each exercise. Both courses are open to Level 3 Pilates teachers.
Core Flex Pilates is located in the heart of Chelsea, between the Kings Road and South Kensington. Easy to access by foot or public transport.
We offer small group reformer pilates classes limited to seven people, as well as private training. Giving you that hands-on personal touch.

History of Pilates
At its core Pilates is a discipline, created by a strong man, a gymnast and a boxer, Joseph Pilates. Created as a dynamic movement experience to be practiced over time and carried through life.
Joseph spent years questioning and challenging the status quo as the link between happiness, health and fitness, becoming his passion – truly a visionary and ahead of his time. The fitness industry is only now catching up as we choose more and more to work out intelligently.
Elements of all the disciplines Joseph practised such as boxing, gymnastics, martial arts, yoga, skiing, self-defence, dance, weightlifting, circus training can be found in his work. He studied, trained and selected the most effective aspects from each to develop the Pilates Method – Contrology.
His exercises take you through all ranges of movement and, as you develop, you are continually challenged with new exercises, new apparatus and new experiences. You will develop both in mind and body making the Pilates benefits far reaching and available to everybody.
Pilates From Within is a dedicated Classical Pilates Studio in the heart of Haslemere. Studio founder Karen Eccles offers bespoke private and group training in a classically equipped studio including Matwork, Reformer, Tower, Chair and Spine Corrector.
Karen – studio founder, puts emphasis on meeting everyone’s individual training needs and of the highest standard. The studio also hosts workshops and events including ‘Own Your Matwork’ designed for those who wish to gain confidence and deepen their understanding of the matwork so that they can practice Pilates at home, and wellbeing events such as Tibetan Healing Bowl Meditations.

Pilates today embodies a wide range of exercises from the gentle to the extreme. You don’t have to be an exercise fanatic to get great results. The original method by Joseph Pilates involves stretching and strengthening through whole body movements.
The method traditionally taught in England is gentle and isolates different muscles or groups of muscles and is great for beginners, injuries or older clientele.
The ‘New’ Pilates method gaining momentum is commonly referred to as ‘Boot Camp Pilates’ and involves a stopwatch, heavy springs and a ‘Feel the Burn’ attitude.
At Pilates Squared we start each session with an initial consultation and together come up with a program that best suits your individual needs and how you like to train. Some clients need rehabilitation work, others want a tighter bum, and most just want a great workout!

Throughout my 25+ years teaching Pilates I have always strived to be on the cutting edge of what embodies Pilates today. I also developed a keen interest in all other exercise systems to see if they can achieve the results both my clients and I are looking for in our bodies.
The result is a mixture of everything I have learned and absorbed from my training and studies. We mix Pilates, dance, yoga, TRX, minitramp and strength training to give you the long, supple, lean, tone body you are looking to create.
